The client had to manually enter each piece of data, which was not only time-consuming but also prone to human error. Additionally, it was difficult to obtain a real-time overview of the state of deals, limiting the ability to make quick, informed decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Action:<\/strong><br>We recommended the implementation of Zoho CRM, a cloud-based solution designed to automate and simplify customer relationship management.
