Your Everyday Tasks:

• Get involved in the realisation of analyses, audits and reports
• Support customers in change management, active supervision, development of performance indicators and real-time monitoring of its performance;
• Manage and engage customers’ employees in order to foster innovation and knowledge sharing;
• Coach and support managers in task assignment, onboarding, performance assessment and new talent training
• Manage improvement projects:
  • Tracking of schedule;
  • Quality control of deliverables;
  • Monitoring of savings achieved,
  • Communication with executive clients;

• Support change at Management through the implementation and facilitation of training workshops
• Actively contribute to the improvement of work practices, develop and strengthen customer relationships, identify opportunities for new projects, communicate and reinforce company values;
• Visit customers based on their work place.

You’re already part of the team if…

• You’re attuned to the needs of customers and coworkers;
• You’re a well-structured and determined person;
• You have proven experience in project management;
• You can both write and speak French;
• You have excellent knowledge of Google Suite (Workspace) and Microsoft Suite (Office 365) tools;
• You have college education in administration, engineering or other related work-related experience;
• You have good adaptability, autonomy, structure and you love challenges!
